Printec USA Inc, was established in 1992 in both the USA and Taiwan. Our Global Headquarters is located in New Taipei City, Taiwan. Printec USA is located on both the East and West Coast of the United States. Both offices function as a sales office, design and prototype facility, and JIT distribution point for our North and South American customers. The Taiwan factory size is 135,000 sq. ft. with a total employee base of over 350 workers. At Printec we manufacture our products using high quality printing equipment including digital printers, large capacity IR ovens and UV dryers as well as Class 10,000, 22 degrees C, 55% RH clean rooms. Recently, we have added new equipment for the manufacturing of flexible printed circuits (FPC) and IMD products. Typically our tooling is steel rule die based; however, we also possess high speed optical punching machinery that can guarantee very tight tolerances when required by customers. For applications that require ancillary components including SMT LED's or SMT semiconductors, we have state-of-the-art pick and place equipment. Additionally, we have a full-scale design center and test lab in the factory to offer our customers complete service from the beginning to the end of product cycle.
