Printec Global supports a number of customers that require sales and design support in both the USA and Europe with manufacturing in Asia either at a direct company owed facility or through a contract manufacturer

Thus we can:
  • Offer design follow up with assigned Sales/Engineering support personnel from our Taiwan factory. Our support team in is made up of both Americans and English speaking Taiwanese living in Taiwan.
  • Provide quotation review and sample follow up with documentation for production sign off.
  • Create a Document Master Register (DMR) once the order is confirmed. The term DMR is our ISO control documentation for production.
  • Drop ship to customers in the USA and Europe directly or warehouse product in our Boston facility for JIT shipment.
  • Upon shipment, provide all appropriate notifications to our customer such as waybill information, Certificates of Compliance, and any customer specific requests.
  • Have a direct sales person calling on these manufacturers in China, Taiwan or other Asian countries to ensure complete continuity from design to manufacture across the Globe.
  • Take orders from the USA or European customer Headquarters and drop ship to manufacturing sites in Asia. Also, we take orders from our customers Asian manufactures and subcontractors directly, and take payment in local currencies.
